Refund & Cancellation Policy
At National Model High School, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for various payments made to the school.
1. Application Fees
Application fees paid during the admission process are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We encourage parents to carefully review the admission criteria and eligibility before submitting their applications.
2. Tuition Fees
Full Refund: Tuition fees will be fully refunded if a written request for withdrawal is submitted prior to the start of the academic term.
Partial Refund: If a student withdraws within the first two weeks of the academic term, a prorated amount may be refunded, subject to administrative charges.
No Refund: No refunds will be provided after the first two weeks of the academic term.
3. Special Programs and Activities
Payments for extracurricular programs, field trips, and other special activities are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the school.
In case of cancellation by the school, a full refund will be processed.
4. Online Payments
In the event of duplicate or erroneous payments, refunds will be processed upon written request within 7-10 working days after verification.
The school is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or banking institutions.
5. Cancellation of Services
For optional services (e.g., transportation or meal plans), refunds will be considered based on the proportion of services utilized and the administrative costs incurred.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration.
7. Refund Process
7.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration, along with relevant proof of payment.
7.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
7.3 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as agreed upon with the payer.
