The tuition fees, extra-curricular fees, and bus fare may be paid in monthly installments or in advance. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods.
Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially in the Rolls.
All fees are to be paid in advance before the 15th of each month, failing which a late fee of Rs. 30/- will be imposed for every month.
All fees must be deposited at the school office only or at the bank stipulated by the school.
Students whose fees are overdue for 3 months may be barred from sitting for examinations and are liable to have their names struck off the rolls.
Fees for holiday months of Summer, Puja, and Christmas must be paid in advance before the school closes.
30 days' notice in writing must be given or a month's fee has to be paid in lieu of notice before a pupil is withdrawn from the school.
